AI Resume Pilot is an AI-powered digital platform provided by Pepperose LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, content, or availability, at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
All plans begin with a €0.01 trial for 24 hours, after which the selected subscription plan will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Payments are charged to the payment method provided during sign-up.
Prices may be displayed or charged in currencies other than EUR (€) and may vary based on your location, applicable taxes, including VAT, exchange rates, or third-party payment processor fees.
Pepperose LTD reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice where required by applicable law.
Payments are non-refundable, except where refunds are required under applicable consumer protection laws.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or another jurisdiction providing statutory cancellation rights for digital services, those rights will apply where required by law.
By accessing and using AI Resume Pilot immediately after purchase, you expressly request the immediate performance of the digital service.
Where permitted by applicable law, once performance has begun, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel or withdraw may no longer apply.

All software, algorithms, content, designs, text, trademarks, and documentation associated with AI Resume Pilot are the exclusive property of Pepperose LTD or its licensors.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
AI Resume Pilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales and applicable consumer protection legislation, Pepperose LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall be limited to the amount paid by you for one (1) monthly subscription period under your current plan, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Pepperose LTD may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Termination does not affect any accrued payment obligations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Pepperose LTD complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
